JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Strong written and visual communication skills
- Knowledge of social media analytics and advertising tools
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills preferred
- Creativity, organization, and attention to detail
JOB OBJECTIVE:
To manage and grow our online presence across social media platforms. She/He will create engaging content, manage campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and help strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, schedule, and publish content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and audience engagement opportunities
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries
- Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports
- Collaborate with designers and marketing teams
- Stay updated on social media best practices and algorithm changes
- Perform tasks assigned by the President and CEO
