JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any course.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Must have excellent comprehension skills.
- Is able to work as part of a team.
- Must be willing to render overtime work when required.
- Must be resourceful, highly organized, and committed.
- Must be computer literate, MS WORD, MS EXCEL, MS POWERPOINT.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide secretarial and clerical services to the President.
- Ensures safekeeping of all documents of the President.
- Create the minutes of meeting.
- Ensure the timely payment of the President’s utility and other bills.
- Assumes other duties that may be assigned by the President.
- The Employee shall report directly to the President.
